About This Role

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the planning, progress tracking, and milestone management of the Saudi regional furniture project. Focus on all aspects of furniture development, prototyping, production, and delivery. Provide timely warnings and address project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery.

2. Establish a project management system tailored to the Saudi Arabian market, standardize project processes and documentation templates, and promote the standardization and refinement of furniture project operations.

3. Liaise with local furniture teams, client customers, supply chain manufacturers, and local regulatory authorities. Coordinate cross-domain human resources, materials, and production resources to ensure project compliance reporting and efficient collaboration.

4. Organize and analyze data related to the operation of furniture projects, regularly generate reports on progress, costs, and quality, lead project reviews, and optimize the process for managing furniture projects.

5. Assist the project team in managing operations, implementing local risk control measures, and archiving furniture project documentation to ensure the smooth implementation of various furniture projects.

Job Requirements

1. Core Priorities: Priority given to Saudi nationals; preference given to candidates with experience in project management for the furniture industry in Saudi Arabia, either through a Saudi-based PMO or Chinese-owned entities operating in Saudi Arabia.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as project management, furniture design, engineering management, or business administration. At least 2 years of experience in PMO/furniture project coordination.

3. Proficient in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, familiar with the comprehensive processes of furniture development, production, and delivery, and skilled in using office and project management tools such as Project and Excel.

4. Familiar with local Saudi regulations, business practices, and local culture. Understanding of the furniture industry’s supply chain and production characteristics. Strong ability to withstand pressure and possess excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to visit and engage with clients.
