Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and continuously improve the Project Management Office (PMO) framework
• Develop and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes
• Monitor project portfolios, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Provide project reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives
• Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and business priorities
• Lead portfolio management, project prioritization, and resource optimization activities
• Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and project review processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in PMO management, project portfolio management, or senior project management roles
• Strong knowledge of project governance, PMO frameworks, and project management methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PgMP, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Primavera
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and strategic programs simultaneously
