🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Pmo Manager

  • to lead the Project Management Office (PMO), establish project governance standards, and oversee the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will drive project management excellence, optimize resource utilization, strengthen governance frameworks, and support executive decision-making through effective portfolio oversight and performance reporting.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PMO strategies, governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices aligned with organizational objectives and strategic priorities
  • Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) in managing project governance, portfolio oversight, reporting standards, and project delivery excellence
  • Establish and maintain project management policies, templates, processes, quality standards, and performance measurement frameworks
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, project managers, business units, technology, finance, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Oversee project intake, prioritization, resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, scheduling, and portfolio performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including project delivery, budget adherence, schedule performance, resource utilization, portfolio health, and benefits realization
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change control, and governance processes across multiple strategic initiatives
  • Prepare executive dashboards, portfolio reports, steering committee presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery capabilities, governance maturity, and organizational project management practices
  • Support organizational change management, business transformation, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
  • Mentor project managers, program managers, PMO analysts, and project coordinators while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and optimize project management tools, portfolio management systems, reporting platforms, and PMO technologies
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile, Scrum, or equivalent are highly advantageous
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, program management, portfolio management, or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing a PMO, enterprise project portfolios, or cross-functional strategic initiatives preferred
  • Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, resource planning, financial management, risk management, and organizational change management principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platforms, Power BI, ERP systems, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while balancing organizational priorities and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
