We are seeking an experienced and highly organized PMO Manager to lead and strengthen our Project Management Office (PMO).
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing project governance frameworks, driving project delivery excellence, and ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and project outcomes.
You will work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to oversee project portfolios, improve processes, and support successful execution across the organization.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project governance and delivery.
Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Oversee project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource utilization.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project managers and project teams.
Establish project reporting frameworks and deliver portfolio-level updates to senior management.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and facilitate effective mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management capabilities and efficiency.
Coordinate project prioritization, resource planning, and portfolio management activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance requirements, and project management standards.
โ Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in PMO management, project portfolio management, or senior project management roles.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid frameworks.
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a complex business environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
