Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent);
- At least 7 years’ experience ideally working within the Private Equity department of a law firm;
- High level of initiative and attention to detail, with a clear focus on client service;
- Experience working as part of a cross-jurisdictional team, supporting fellow team members, and also have a strong ability to work independently, taking ownership and responsibility for various tasks;
- Efficient, accurate, organized, flexible and have a reliable working style, with a strong ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively;
- Adapt and learn quickly in a changing environment;
- Open, clear and professional communication style, with an ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Salary range is $120,000-150,000.00
