Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and present data clearly to different audiences.
  • Experience using project management tools and reporting systems.
  • Constructive and flexible approach to managing multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Understanding of project governance and performance management principles.
  • Ideally you’ll also have
  • Experience in a large, complex organisation or infrastructure environment.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management frameworks or methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting project and programme teams with planning, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Maintaining accurate project data and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Analysing project performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing reports and dashboards that support decision-making and governance reviews.
  • Coordinating updates across teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
