PMO Analyst / Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, review, and analyze project data from PGI, P6, Planisware, SharePoint, CEMAR, MDT, MANTIS, and CAMELEON.
• Support metadata management through SharePoint, MDT, and Power BI; ensure data is complete, accurate, consistent, and traceable.
• Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, seek corrections from data owners, and maintain project performance indicators.
• Deliver reporting that follows contractual requirements, project procedures, and EDV/EPR-E standards.
• Coordinate contributors and reporting inputs; produce timely internal and external progress reports and resolve quality or process issues.
• Document reporting procedures, analyze KPI results, investigate trends and root causes, and escalate significant issues.
• Define and follow up corrective actions through closure; improve PMO processes, tools, and reporting practices.
• Ensure assigned deliverables are successfully delivered from definition through client approval; identify operational risks and manage mitigation plans to closure.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree-level education.
• At least three years of project management experience, preferably involving digital aspects.
