Assurit seeks an experienced PMO Analyst to support program and project success through communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
The role supports alignment across project teams and leadership through information flow, governance activities, and actionable insights across the project lifecycle.
The role is described as remote.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute project communication plans.
- Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Facilitate governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder workshops.
- Maintain project documentation according to organizational standards.
- Track project performance metrics and identify risks, trends, and issues.
- Support project managers and program leadership with reporting, coordination, and communications.
- Liaise across teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Assist with PMO process improvement and use Microsoft tools to improve efficiencies and business processes.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years supporting project management, PMO operations, or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and/or project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Preferred qualifications
- DoD or federal government program experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with PMO governance processes and frameworks is preferred.
- Power BI, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools are preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, or related certification, including working toward certification, is preferred.
