PMC Project Manager (Buildings)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects.
• Assist in developing scopes of work and project plans; establish and monitor project programmes and integrate requirements across functions.
• Monitor execution, budget, invoices and project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, authorities, utilities providers and other stakeholders.
• Provide solutions to project issues that may affect cost, time or quality.
• Work directly with the client to deliver project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience; 20 years is ideal.
• Experience with Buildings projects up to $100 million in a PMC delivery capacity.
• Proactive approach to resolving design and construction issues and liaising with authorities, entities and stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
