What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the PMC lead for a large infrastructure and housing development project in Abu Dhabi.
- Act as the main point of contact with the client, ensuring excellent communication and strong relationships.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 staff members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- Oversee the Construction Supervision consultant and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Supervise multiple construction packages with significant interfaces, ensuring schedule, quality, and budget adherence.
- Implement project management best practices, risk mitigation, and reporting procedures.
