PM/Team Lead

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the team of Senior Managers, Managers, Document Controllers and Graphic Designers
• Develop the solutions required to update and maintain the mobility governance policies and procedures for the development of the city
• Analyzing change requests and apply procedural rigor for the city framework plan
• Ensure all stakeholder feedback is logged and addressed
• Schedule gate reviews
• Prepare compliance reports
• Mitigate risk of process failure
• Managing direct reports within the on-site integrated team
• Participate in management meetings and activities with the Mobility team

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• div>B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• div>20+ years in project management, governance, or compliance roles within a public/private sector context.
• div>Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
• div>Direct experience designing or managing stage-gate processes for planning documents.
• div>Expert in collaborative software (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) for document control.
