The position is Plumbing Engineer with AKKA Electromechanical Contracting LLC.

Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
- Three to five years of proven experience in UAE MEP contracting or construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site plumbing, drainage, and water-supply works in line with approved drawings, specifications, and municipal or DEWA requirements.
- Supervise foremen and installation crews, monitor progress, and resolve engineering clashes.
- Conduct quality checks and enforce HSE standards.
- Prepare progress reports, coordinate testing and commissioning, and manage snagging through authority approval and handover.
Skills and specifications
- Knowledge of UAE plumbing codes, drainage standards, and municipality or DEWA requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit MEP and Microsoft Office for technical documentation.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 15,000 per month, dependent on experience.
- Benefits include annual leave, an air ticket, visa, transportation, gratuity, and other benefits under UAE law.
