Qualifications

• Qualifications will vary by position. We welcome experienced licensed professionals as well as apprentices developing their careers.
• Active and valid plumbing or apprentice license, where required for the role
• Recorded apprentice hours with Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I), where applicable
• Plumbing, installation, mechanical, or related trade experience appropriate to the position
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Positive, adaptable, and professional attitude
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills
• Comfort using technology required for field work
• Ability to build trust with customers and recommend solutions that meet their plumbing needs
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
• Physical Demands and Working Conditions
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures, snow, and other inclement weather. The role may require working at heights, on ladders, on rooftops, and in confined spaces. Team members must be able to:
• Occasionally lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ascend and descend ladders and maintain balance
• Regularly use their hands to handle tools and materials
• Sit, walk, stoop, squat, and stand for extended periods
• See clearly at close range and at a distance
• This position is designated as safety sensitive.

• $150,000 — $250,000 USD
