Plumber

Responsibilities

• - Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
• - Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• - Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
• - Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping)
• - Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standards
• - Travel between the 3 Encore Communities

Requirements

• - 2+ years of plumbing experience
• - Ability to work independently and with a team
