Overview
We are looking for a diligent
Plumbing Technician
to join our Facilities Management team.
You will be responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of all plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems within [Residential Towers / Commercial Offices / Luxury Hotels].
The goal is to ensure 100% system uptime and high tenant satisfaction through proactive maintenance and swift emergency response.
• Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
- Execute scheduled maintenance on water pumps, booster systems, storage tanks, and drainage networks to prevent system failures.
- Reactive Maintenance:
- Respond to "Help Desk" tickets and tenant complaints regarding leaks, blockages, or water pressure issues within specified
SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- .
- Asset Management:
- Inspect and maintain critical assets including calorifiers (water heaters), grease traps, and manholes.
- Water Quality:
- Monitor water tank cleanliness and assist in coordination for water testing and disinfection as per Municipality standards.
- CMMS Integration:
- Use mobile FM software or tablets to log work orders, update job status, and record material consumption.
- Sustainability:
- Identify and report water wastage or opportunities for installing water-saving fixtures.
