Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities, including structural, finishing, and concrete works.
- Ensure site work follows drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules and productivity.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect ongoing work for quality control and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material requests.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction, including buildings, infrastructure, or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, rebar, formwork, and finishing activities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and control site operations effectively.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
