Gymboree Play & Music is looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our Galleria Mall branch.
This is a dynamic role combining Play & Learn instruction, front desk operations, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with both children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging Play & Learn classes for babies and children up to 5 years old.
- Welcome families and manage reception operations.
- Handle enquiries, bookings, registrations, and class scheduling.
- Promote memberships, classes, birthday parties, and other Gymboree programs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with families.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the centre and assist with daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in early childhood education, childcare, teaching, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in sales and comfortable meeting targets.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Positive, energetic, and enjoys working with young children.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa).
