Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah for a Play Area Attendant Cum Yoga Trainer.
The role includes supervising children in the play area, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
The Play Area Attendant Cum Yoga Trainer will plan and lead age-appropriate yoga sessions and basic movement classes for children, encouraging physical activity, mindfulness, and fun.
Daily responsibilities include managing check-in and check-out procedures, supporting birthday parties and group activities, and assisting parents and caregivers with inquiries.
The role also involves basic customer service at the reception or café area as needed, reporting maintenance or safety issues, and following all company policies and health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Training or certification in yoga, children’s fitness, or group exercise instruction, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children, parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the play area, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and respond calmly in case of minor incidents or emergencies.
- Customer service skills, including a friendly and professional demeanor, basic front-desk or cashiering abilities, and comfort explaining services and packages.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move play equipment, and actively participate in play and yoga activities with children.
- Previous experience in kids’ entertainment, hospitality, or recreation is an advantage; basic English language skills required, with additional language abilities considered a plus.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working weekends, holidays and peak hours as required by the playarea schedule.
