Platform QA & Automation Lead
About This Role
- Define the platform QA and test automation strategy and roadmap.
- Establish automation standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Promote quality engineering and shift-left testing culture.
- Design and oversee automated testing across API and integration testing, UI and end-to-end testing, regression and performance testing.
- Ensure automation coverage across CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams.
- Ensure automated quality gates before releases.
- Define automation KPIs and quality metrics.
- Monitor test coverage, execution results, and defect trends.
- Identify improvement opportunities and optimize frameworks.
- Lead and mentor QA and automation engineers.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Promote best practices in testing and automation.
