  • We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer Manager to lead our platform engineering team and drive the design, development, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of platform engineers and DevOps professionals
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
  • Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment efficiency across engineering teams
  • Manage containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Ensure system reliability, observability, monitoring, and incident response processes
  • Collaborate with software engineering, security, and product teams on platform needs
  • Define platform architecture standards, best practices, and governance models
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning initiatives
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
  • Understanding of networking, Linux systems, and security best practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
