AI Delivery Lead

Key Responsibilities

• **Requirement Translation:** Facilitate discovery sessions with Business and Product teams to extract core objectives and decompose them into precise technical specifications, user stories, and architectural requirements for engineering teams.
• **Program Governance:** Devise and manage multi-quarter roadmaps, establishing clear RACI matrices and communication cadences to keep stakeholders aligned across the organization.
• **Operational Excellence:** Leverage your background in SOC/NOC environments to ensure all AI deployments are "production-ready," focusing on observability, incident response protocols, and security compliance.
• **Banking Integration:** Navigate the complexities of financial services, including regulatory compliance, data privacy (PII), and complex stakeholder landscapes.
• **AI Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the delivery of AI-powered features, ensuring that model deployment, monitoring, and feedback loops are integrated into the broader application lifecycle.
• **Stakeholder Orchestration:** Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, managing expectations and providing transparent reporting on delivery risks and milestones.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• **Banking Experience:** Minimum 5+ years in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the security and compliance rigors associated with banking tech.
• **Delivery Leadership:** Proven track record of leading complex delivery programs for cloud-based Web or Mobile applications.
• **Operations Background:** Direct experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) or NOC (Network Operations Center) workflows is preferred, ensuring uptime and security are built-in, not bolted-on.
• **Cloud Fluency:** Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure or AWS), specifically how modern applications consume AI services.
• **Communication:** Exceptional ability to explain complex technical trade-offs (e.g., latency vs. accuracy in AI) to non-technical business partners.
• **Change Management:** Experience leading teams through the cultural shift of adopting AI-driven workflows.
