About the Role
Solidrange is hiring
Platform Analysts
to support the quality, accuracy, compliance, and client readiness of our GRC and cybersecurity platforms.
This is an entry-level role for candidates who want to grow across
cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, product testing, QA, customer experience, and AI-driven platforms
.
The Platform Analysts will work closely with Product, QA, Customer Success, and GRC teams to test the platform from a client perspective, identify issues, validate workflows, and improve the overall product experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Test the platform from a client/user perspective.
- Identify bugs, workflow gaps, missing fields, unclear screens, and compliance issues.
- Support validation of ISO 27001, NCA ECC, and other framework mappings.
- Review controls, risks, evidence workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Document issues clearly and follow up until they are resolved.
- Support Product and QA teams during release testing.
- Use AI tools to support testing, research, documentation, and compliance mapping.
- Learn GRC concepts, cybersecurity frameworks, and product quality practices.
- Support internal teams with platform feedback, client observations, and improvement ideas.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience.
- Background in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, compliance, risk, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, GRC, ISO 27001, or NCA ECC is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn fast and work in a structured way.
- Comfortable using AI tools for research, documentation, and analysis.
