Platform Analyst

Role overview

Required qualifications

• Requires 8–12 years in product analytics, product operations, business analytics, strategy and operations, product performance management, or related roles.
• Requires experience supporting Product Management organizations through data, measurement, and business insights.
• Requires demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks, OKRs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
• Requires a proven track record of driving business decisions through data.

Metrics, analytics, and reporting

• Define and govern product metrics, KPI frameworks, metric hierarchies, and scorecards aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with Product Management on quarterly and annual OKRs and track progress against targets.
• Analyze datasets, customer behavior, user journeys, operational bottlenecks, and product effectiveness; identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasts, trend analyses, benchmarks, measurement models, and recommendations for product initiatives and business programs.
• Create executive dashboards, self-service reporting, automated reporting frameworks, and balanced scorecards; ensure accuracy and data integrity.

Decision support and governance

• Translate analysis into recommendations, strategic actions, roadmap investment decisions, business cases, and ROI assessments.
• Present executive-ready reports and performance narratives; facilitate data-informed planning, prioritization, and governance discussions.
• Improve analytics practices, reporting processes, data quality, KPI governance, data accessibility, and reporting automation in collaboration with data engineering and BI teams.

Compensation

• The source lists compensation of USD 80–85 per hour.
