Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to rhinoplasty, breast surgery, facial reconstruction, and scar revisions
• Evaluate patients thoroughly and develop tailored surgical plans to meet their aesthetic and reconstructive needs
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as dermatologists, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure holistic patient care
• Manage postoperative care and follow-up to monitor recovery and address any complications promptly
• Provide patients and their families with detailed information concerning surgical procedures, possible risks, expected outcomes, and postoperative care instructions
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records and surgical documentation
• Stay updated with the latest innovations and techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery through ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialized training in Plastic Surgery from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery is essential
• Valid medical license to practice in Sharjah or UAE
• Demonstrated experience in performing cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures
• Excellent surgical skills with strong attention to aesthetic details and functional outcomes
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced clinical environments
