Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our prestigious One Day Surgery Hospital in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, a passion for patient care, and the ability to deliver outstanding surgical outcomes in a premium healthcare environment.
Salary
AED 60,000 – 90,000+ per month
Salary
package will depend on surgical expertise, subspecialty focus, patient portfolio, DHA licensing status, and UAE market experience.
Additional incentive structure may be offered based on revenue generation and performance. (ae.indeed.com)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures with high clinical standards
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Explain surgical options, risks, expected outcomes, and recovery processes to patients
- Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient management and follow-up care
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, OT staff, and multidisciplinary medical teams
- Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital protocols
- Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Requirements
- Medical Degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Plastic Surgeon
- Minimum 5 years of relevant surgical experience post-specialization
- Strong expertise in aesthetic surgical procedures and patient management
- Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
- Ability to work in a high-end patient-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE/GCC healthcare experience preferred
- Strong portfolio of aesthetic surgery cases
- Experience in Day Surgery / Ambulatory Surgical Centers
- Subspecialty expertise in facial aesthetics, body contouring, breast surgery, or reconstructive surgery is an advantage
