The clinic is expanding its surgical offering and seeks a Plastic Surgeon with a strong aesthetic portfolio to lead it.
The role is based in Dubai and is full-time, with in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Consult patients and plan surgical and combined surgical/non-surgical treatments.
- Perform rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgery, and body contouring.
- Perform minor procedures and advanced injectables in clinic.
- Manage pre-operative assessment, post-operative care, and complications.
- Coordinate scheduling and privileges with partner hospitals and day-surgery centres.
- Build the surgical service line, protocols, and patient pathways.
- Maintain records and consent in line with DHA standards.
Requirements
- Board certification in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (Arab, European, American, UK, or equivalent).
- Valid DHA Specialist/Consultant licence, or eligibility to obtain one.
- At least five years of post-specialisation experience and a strong aesthetic case volume.
- Provide a portfolio of before-and-after results.
- Excellent patient communication; Arabic and English are preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is listed as AED 1.00–AED 2.00 per month; the package is described as fixed salary plus revenue share.
- The clinic offers licensing support, visa, medical insurance, and annual leave.
