Plastic Surgeon
About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to perform reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures. The role involves enhancing physical appearance, restoring function, and improving patient confidence through safe and effective surgical and non-surgical interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation/reduction, facelifts, and body contouring
- Conduct reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital defects, burns, and post-surgical corrections
- Perform minimally invasive and non-surgical aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, PRP, etc.)
- Ensure thorough pre-operative assessment and post-operative care
- Educate patients on risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of procedures
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with DOH regulations
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and clinical governance standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic and aesthetic surgery
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery (MD / MS / Board Certification or equivalent)
- Valid DOH License as Specialist or Consultant Plastic Surgeon (or Eligibility)
- Minimum 3–5 years (Specialist) / 5+ years (Consultant) of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures
- Strong surgical skills with attention to detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Must be stationed in Alain
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: In person
