Qualifications
- Previous experience with plastic injection molds, tooling, mold assembly, or mold maintenance preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how mold components function together.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and assembly prints.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to identify worn or damaged tooling components and determine appropriate repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle mold components and tool using appropriate equipment.
