Job Summary:
The Plaster Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating plastering works on construction sites, ensuring high-quality finishes, adherence to project specifications, and timely completion. The role involves managing workers, materials, and daily site activities related to plastering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead plastering teams on-site (masons, helpers)
- Plan and execute plastering works (internal & external plaster)
- Ensure proper surface preparation before plaster application
- Monitor mixing ratios and application techniques
- Check alignment, level, and thickness of plaster finishes
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades (blockwork, painting, etc.)
- Identify and resolve site issues related to plastering work
- Maintain daily work progress reports
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of plaster surfaces
- Inspect completed work for quality and defects (cracks, uneven finish, etc.)
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per year
Experience:
- UAE: 5 years (Required)
