Overview
**Job Title: Plant SalesmanLocation:** UAE**Experience Required:** 1–2 years (preferably in nursery, landscaping, or garden center)**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Plant Salesman with 1–2 years of experience to assist customers in selecting plants, provide basic plant care advice, and support daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting indoor and outdoor plants based on their needs
- Provide basic guidance on plant care, watering, sunlight, and maintenance
- Maintain plant displays and ensure plants are healthy and well-presented
- Handle sales transactions, invoicing, and billing
- Support stock management, including receiving and arranging new plants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery or shop area
- Follow up with customers for repeat sales and inquiries
- Coordinate with the team for plant availability and deliveries
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in plant sales, nursery, or landscaping field
- Basic knowledge of plants, fertilizers, and gardening products
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors and handle plants physically
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory
- Willingness to learn and grow in the horticulture field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE plant nurseries or landscaping companies
- Knowledge of common ornamental plants, palms, and seasonal plants
- Valid UAE driving license (optional, if field sales/delivery involved)
