Plant Processing Foreman - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations on the plant floor.
- Directly manage, coordinate, and lead 4–8 employees on the second shift.
- Enforce all plant safety regulations, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks
- Minimum 1 year of foreman experience
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- Reliable and accurate reporting skills
- Positive work ethic
- Willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment
- Proven work experience
- Willing to work inside and outside in all weather
Shifts
2nd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 4pm-1am
Pay
2nd Shift: $35/hr. with opportunities for raises after 90 days
