Plant Planning Manager

Manage and coordinate corporate and plant scheduling departments.

Manage and control raw material warehouse and finished Goods warehouse

Manage and coordinate all raw material and support material planning.

Plan, coordinate, and execute month end stock taking activities with Accounting Department.

Create and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Analyze manufacturing cost and take corrective action to meet plant wide targets through use of

Develop and manage small and large capital plans with Engineering Manager and Controller.

Inform Accounting Department how to apply and when to capitalize capital projects.

Facilitate and Schedule Plant Tours and visitor activities.

Manage 3 rd party service contracts – including but not limited to Janitorial, Security, Pest Control, Vending,

Maintain and control plant layout and office spaces.

B. S. Degree in Business Administration, or related business field (MA or MBA is a plus) with 8-10 years in a management role in manufacturing environment or a suitable combination of education and experience
