Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Plant Operator role based in Umm Al Quwain.
- Operate and monitor fully automatic Concrete Paving Stones / Blocks Production / Packing line.
- Control production processes via control panel / SCADA system
- Adjust mix designs based on job requirements
- Perform routine plant inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with the team.
- Maintain production logs and shift reports
- Follow all HSE and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a Concrete Paving Stones / Blocks Production line in the Gulf Region.
- Familiar with concrete mix designs.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical issues
- Physically fit to work in a plant environment
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic English communication skills
