Role Description
Lead and oversee all plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing and production activities.
Develop and implement operational strategies, production plans, and performance improvement initiatives that optimize productivity, quality, resource utilization, and overall plant performance.
Manage daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, inventory control, and workforce management, to achieve operational targets and business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance, workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all plant functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, process optimization, quality management systems, inventory management, and operational excellence methodologies. Proficiency in ERP systems, production management software, reporting tools, and performance analysis platforms. Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead large operational teams and coordinate effectively across multiple departments. Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with experience managing production environments, budgets, resources, and operational performance. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, workplace safety regulations, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous.
