🎯 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily plant operations to ensure efficient production, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness.

Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and performance objectives aligned with business goals.

Monitor production activities to ensure targets for safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency are achieved.

Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support operational requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and operational excellence.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all plant operations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness.

Support inventory management, production planning, and supply chain coordination to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis activities to address operational challenges and performance gaps.

Manage budgets, operational expenditures, and cost control initiatives to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Develop, mentor, and lead operational teams while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management presentations.

Support capital projects, process improvement programs, and facility expansion initiatives when required.

Stay informed about industry developments, manufacturing technologies, and operational best practices.

Experience leading plant operations, production teams, and operational improvement initiatives.

Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental management practices.

Experience with production planning, resource management, and operational performance measurement.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or related methodologies is advantageous.
