Plant Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong manufacturing operations and people leadership experience in a plant environment. Understanding of TPM, continuous improvement or similar operational excellence methodologies. Working knowledge of food safety, quality and manufacturing compliance requirements. Ability to interpret technical information, financial reports and operational data to make sound business decisions. Strong root-cause problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills. Ability to effectively communicate and present information across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, coach others and build accountability across cross-functional teams. Where and how you will work The opportunity will be based onsite in Twin Falls, ID. The role operates across office and manufacturing environments and requires regular presence in plant production areas. Minimal overnight travel, up to approximately 10%, may be required. The position also requires after-hours response in the event of plant outages or emergencies. What we would like to offer you!
