Overview
- Manage inventory of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water), optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete batches according to project specifications.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all incoming materials and outgoing concrete products, adhering to industry standards and customer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plant operators, batchers, and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to all environmental, health, and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and manage the plant's operational budget, controlling costs related to labor, materials, energy, and maintenance while maximizing profitability.
