What awaits you:
You will establish, commission and ramp up the production site in Saudi Arabia and lead its transition into stable and efficient operations
You will take overall responsibility for plant performance, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity and inventory
You will ensure safe and compliant manufacturing operations while maintaining the required quality standards, product traceability and documentation
You will develop the plant’s capacity, workforce, infrastructure and localisation capabilities in line with operational and business requirements
You will lead and develop the local organisation, build Saudi talent and work effectively across cultures and functions to create a strong, collaborative plant environment
You will lead operational and cultural change, engage employees throughout the transformation and coordinate effectively with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders
What you bring to the table:
You have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or comparable
You bring 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including plant leadership, ramp-up, transformation or localisation
You have strong expertise in plant operations, quality, safety, compliance and supply chain
You are experienced with ERP, production planning, inventory and reporting systems
You lead confidently through change, communicate effectively across cultures, and are fluent in English and Arabic
