Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, allowing flexibility for some work-from-home days.
The Plant Manager will oversee and streamline day-to-day plant operations, ensuring adherence to production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols.
The Manager will carry out tasks such as coordinating production planning, supervising manufacturing operations, optimizing processes, managing resources, and addressing operational challenges.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficiency improvements is also an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning
- Experience in optimizing Manufacturing Operations and delivering continuous process improvements
- Solid organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the food production industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and reporting systems is preferred
