  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Plant Manager to oversee overall plant operations, production performance, and operational excellence.
  • The ideal candidate will provide leadership across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and workforce management while ensuring the facility achieves safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and facility activities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives
  • Manage plant performance metrics including safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery (SQCD)
  • Lead, coach, and develop plant management teams and operational staff
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
  • Optimize production processes, resource utilization, and operational efficiency
  • Manage plant budgets, cost control initiatives, and operational forecasting
  • Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, finance, and executive leadership teams
  • Establish operational standards, policies, and performance improvement programs
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management is advantageous
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, production leadership, or related roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations or plant teams preferred
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, quality management, and operational excellence practices
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, or continuous improvement frameworks
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost optimization skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
