Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management or engineering management position in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a CMMS (previous Limble experience highly desired)
- Experience creating a maintenance plan for a large manufacturing facility
- Experience managing projects on a large scale
- Leadership abilities managing a team, including coaching, training, delegating responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
