Plant Director

As a Plant Director within Honeywell Building Automation, you will lead one of the organization's largest and most strategic manufacturing operations.

Based in Northford, Connecticut, you will have overall responsibility for a flagship site that manufactures and distributes critical fire, life safety, and building management solutions serving customers around the world.

This role requires an exceptional operational leader capable of driving world-class manufacturing performance while leading large-scale transformation initiatives across operations, quality, supply chain, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will lead a sizable team through multiple levels of leadership and partner across functions to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
