What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting or manufacturing finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory controls, and month‐end close
  • Working knowledge of GAAP principles
  • Experience with SOX‐aligned or internal control environments
  • Detail‐oriented, organized, and process‐focused work style
  • Comfortable managing plant accounting duties with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively
  • Prior people management experience preferred
  • JD Edwards or ERP system experience preferred
