Plans, manages, and implements maintenance, modification, retrofit, and repair solutions for aircraft, components, support equipment, and enterprise products.
Coordinates engineering, work packages, tooling, materials, and hands-on execution while ensuring compliance.
Maintenance planning and technical solutions
- Research and design retrofit and repair solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Define procedures, special engineering, tooling, kits, work packages, and material requirements for inspections, modifications, and repairs.
- Plan, organize, and control maintenance and repair of aircraft, components, and support equipment.
- Lead project development, planning, implementation, and technical support for maintenance and modifications.
Leadership and team oversight
- Drive workforce planning, skills development, performance management, and technical coaching.
- Manage staffing requirements and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Project planning and execution
- Translate customer, program, and regulatory requirements into executable maintenance and repair plans.
- Develop schedules, resource plans, work packages, and material requirements for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer representatives to complete work on time.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to protect schedule and quality.
Quality, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure activities comply with customer, regulatory, technical, and company standards.
- Lead root cause analysis, process improvement, and corrective actions to reduce repeat defects.
- Document and disposition maintenance data in approved records and systems.
Security clearance
- The position requires the ability to obtain US Government security clearance.
