Job Description
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for aluminium and façade projects across design, fabrication, and installation stages.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project while coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, analyze delays, manage KPIs, and implement recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery.
- Optimize manpower, materials, and resource allocation while supporting risk management, EOT analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the aluminium façade, curtain wall, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation sequencing.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
