Your Job Responsibilities

• As part of the development of our activities in the Naval & Shipbuilding sector in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Planning & Logistics Engineer (M/F).
• Reporting to the Project Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
• Define and implement the build strategy and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for naval projects
• Support planning and coordination of shipbuilding processes from production to outfittingManage and improve warehouse and logistics operations to ensure just-in-time supply and efficient flow of materials
• Monitor and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self-inspections, and quality plans
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001 standards and classification society rules
• Collaborate with production, QA/QC, logistics, and safety teams
• Apply and promote Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) measures within operations
• Use standard tools like MS Excel, Word, and planning software to support reporting and coordination

Your Profile & Personality

• Degree in Naval Architecture or Technical Naval Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in naval shipbuilding projects (planning, logistics, or production-related roles)
• Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes, quality systems, and logistics management
• Familiarity with classification society regulations (e.g., DNV, BV, Lloyd’s Register)
• Good knowledge of technical documentation and reporting standards
• English level B2 minimum (advanced level preferred)
• Soft skills:
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and with multidisciplinary teams
