The Project Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities and introducing robust knowledge-transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead planning and scheduling delivery.
• Apply advanced methods, tools and techniques.
• Drive project controls and EVM performance.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Influence complex requirements and corrective actions.
• Manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Secure client alignment on recommendations.
• Champion net zero carbon transition.

You’ll Need To Have

• Professional membership or equivalent development.
• Proven project planning and delivery expertise.
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of sustainability and industry trends.
