About the Role
FNRCO is seeking a Planning Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on optimizing production schedules and resource utilization to enhance operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Develop production plans based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
- Ensure production capacity aligns with customer requirements.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Verify raw material availability before releasing work orders.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid material shortages and excess stock.
- Optimize production schedules and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in production planning, material planning, and manufacturing operations.
- Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory management, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.

- The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient operation of production processes.
