Role Description
As a Planning Engineer, you will oversee daily planning and coordination activities for project execution.
Responsibilities
include preparing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring project progress, ensuring resource optimization, and managing production timelines.
You will work closely with other team members to maintain project control and provide analytical insights to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesaieed, Qatar.
Qualifications
- Strong planning and production planning skills for managing and optimizing project workflows
- 5-8
- years experience
- Analytical skills to assess project performance and implement necessary adjustments
- Proficient in project control methodologies to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
- Familiarity with steel fabrication and construction industry standards and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera)
- Fabrication / Construction experience is advantages
