Responsibilities
- Prepare baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Develop detailed work programs, manpower histograms, and resource plans.
- Establish project milestones and critical paths.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress and track actual work against planned schedules.
- Identify delays, recommend corrective actions, and prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and present schedule updates to management and clients.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material allocation; identify resource shortages affecting the schedule.
- Maintain planning records, schedules, and tracking systems, and document schedule revisions.
Qualifications and experience
- 2–4 years of planning or scheduling experience in infrastructure or wet utilities projects.
- Experience with sewerage, stormwater, drainage, or water supply projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Primavera P6 scheduling and reporting experience.
- Three years of planning experience is specified as required.
Tools and technical skills
- Primavera P6 and MS Project are named for project scheduling.
- Relevant project domains include infrastructure, wet utilities, sewerage, stormwater, drainage, and water supply.
Pay
- Pay is AED 7,000–9,000 per month.
